The location is excellent. It is in the city center. Trains and trams nearby provided easy access to all parts of the area. The hotel was VERY clean. I noticed this from the lobby to my room. Everything was super clean, so I felt comfortable .

Some staff at the reception area were not very friendly, and they were not as helpful as I had hoped.

The hotel is located. It is close to transport hubs. It is surrounded by diverse dining and shopping venues. I found it very convenient to explore popular attractions and local hotspots due to the prime position.

The room featured useful amenities, including tea and coffee facilities. The shower in the room was LOVELY and functioned very well. Blackout curtains helped to ensure a dark sleeping environment and added to the overall comfort.

The hotel provides a self-service shop in the lobby, which has a good selection. A Netto supermarket is just around the corner, so I bought groceries and other essential items easily. These conveniences really enhanced my visit.

The location offered easy access to public transit. A train station was a short walk away. I found the bar offered a nice selection. The breakfast was diverse and well-organized. This made mornings much easier.

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

the room cleaning policy was unacceptable. i had to book room cleaning 24 hours in advance. during my three-night stay, the bin wasn't emptied nor were the towels changed. i think basic bin emptying and clean towels should be provided daily.

The room was too hot (even in May). Staff explained that the air conditioning only heats during the colder months. I had to switch it off, but the room remained above 25 degrees. Sleeping with the window open proved difficult because of the street noise.
